Drafted amendments to ERISA (Federal Pension Law) for submission to Senate Finance Committee through Senator Lloyd Bentsen.  Former member of Legislative Advisory Board, Small Business Council of America, involved in federal legislative on behalf of small businesses.  Active participation in several federal tax legislation projects.

PUBLICATIONS:  Contributing author of tax articles to The Wall Street Journal and various legal periodicals.
